Children were asked to 'Write, draw and post' about one artwork that inspired them in the Old Wing of the NGMA. 'Ridhee Gupta' of Class VIII wrote a story about the work, 'Emperor Aurangzeb on horseback' and 'Sitara' pens a poem about her impressions of the Old Wing

Summer at National Gallery of Modern Art, Bengaluru

Now kids will have more than one reason to come to NGMA. Starting this April NGMA, Bengaluru has designed the following activities and workshops for kids.

Art Detective Cards: Pick up a free ADC kit and hunt for art works in the museum with your child. Applicable to children from 3 to 6 years of age.

Post a story: write a story using three to six artworks of your choice from the NGMA collection and send it to us at ngma.bengaluru@gmail.com . We will post it on our website for three weeks. Applicable to children from 6 to 12 years of age.

Join a story trail workshop at NGMA: discovery the collection through stories. Applicable to children from 6 to 12 years of age. Call 22342338 or send an email to ngma.bengaluru@gmail.com for registrations for the workshop. Limited seats so hurry.
